Embroidery
As many of you recall, we got the Platte Valley logo digitized (computerized) so that we can give it to various embroiderers and have customized Platte Valley clothing items made. At this time, I have found two embroiderers that have the logo. Each of them is willing to do individual items brought in by customers. They also have various hats and shirts that they can either get or already have in stock if you’d rather not provide your own items.
For those of you in Denver or areas to the south, you can contact John Proper at Rocky Mountain Monograms to get embroidery done. His phone number is 303-232-3702. His address is 2018 Harlan Street in Edgewater (down by Lakewood). If you’re up north, you can contact Gus Brown at Summit Screen Printing and Embroidery in Berthoud. His phone number and e-mail address are: 970-290-2102, summitsp@msn.com. Each of these guys will do work on individual items for $5 – $10 or so. It all depends on the size of the logo (i.e. how much time and thread go so it could be more or less than that depending on what you have them do. I should be getting another contact in Lafayette soon. We’ve had a tough time getting a hold of each other though so I don’t have any details there yet.
Each of them already has the logo so you won’t need anything if you choose to have them do work for you. If you’d just like a disk with the logo on it in the various formats that we have, let me know and I’ll get it to you. With that, you can go to anyone who has the equipment to use it to have embroidery done.
